Provo, Sept. 6.— ....
One of the saddest deaths which has happened in the Garden City for some time is that of Charles Edward Young, which happened this afternoon. Deceased was operated upon yesterday for appendicitis and was considered to be doing well, but his system was poisoned by the puss from the appendix.
Mr. Young was born in this city May 30, 1870, and was highly esteemed in the community. He was one of the most prominent painters of the city and had a flourishing business. He leaves a widowed mother and wife, who has been very sick for over four months. Mr. Young has been twice operated upon before in the last two months for different complaints.
